Judicial evidence encompasses any reason or proof presented during a legal process through methods and procedures recognized by law to persuade the judge of the facts in dispute.
A wide range of documents can be submitted as evidence in a judicial process, including wills, civil registry documents, social media posts, WhatsApp messages or emails, birth certificates, and any other document essential to the case.

WHEN IS A SWORN TRANSLATION OF JUDICIAL EVIDENCE REQUIRED?
A sworn translation of judicial evidence is necessary when the evidence/documents are written in a language different from the official language of the court where they will be presented. For example, in Spain, any documents written in a foreign language must be translated into Spanish with a sworn translation.
Therefore, for evidence to be valid in a court of another country, it must be in the official language of that country. If the documents are not in the official language, a sworn translation is required. This sworn translation must be carried out by a sworn translator authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE). The sworn translator certifies that the translation is faithful and accurate to the original document.
We offer the services of sworn translators in German, English, French, Italian, Russian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Arabic, Chinese, or Ukrainian to provide sworn translations of your judicial documents.
HOW IS A SWORN TRANSLATION OF JUDICIAL EVIDENCE PERFORMED?
The process is very simple, convenient, and can be done entirely online! All we need is for you to send us the scanned documents, and we will take care of the rest.
PROCESS: Once our proposal is accepted, we can proceed with the translation using the scanned document. There is no need for us to have the original document, as the translation will be accompanied by a printed copy of the scanned document, ensuring that the translation corresponds to it. Everything will be certified, stamped, and signed by a sworn translator authorized by the Ministry, guaranteeing its official status and acceptance.
