When is a sworn translation of a sales contract necessary?
A certified translation of the sales contract is one of the most sought-after translations. This type of contract regulates the transfer of property in exchange for a specified payment. A certified translation is necessary when the sales contract is written in Spanish and will be presented in another country, or vice versa, if the contract is written in a foreign language and will be presented in Spain. Depending on the language and length of the contract, it can take approx. 3 working days after acceptance and confirmation for the translation to be delivered to your address.
